At the April 2023 meeting, City Council unanimously approved an update to the building and development fee schedule. The new fees become effective June 1, 2023. The purpose of the fees is to ensure the City is recovering the cost of providing services associated with building and community development (i.e. inspections, plan review, etc.) so all taxpayers do not pay.
