Move In / Move Out - Service Account Change

A $600 deposit will be charged on all new utility accounts unless proof of ownership is provided. Tax records or sale closing documents are acceptable as proof of ownership. A $600 deposit will be charged for all builder and construction accounts.

Please submit requests no earlier than seven (7) business days before the move in/ move out date. Requests submitted after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

Water service connections can only be accommodated on business days. The City is unable to start or stop water service on weekends or holidays.
