The City Secretary’s Office/Department is responsible for the official records of the City. This includes the preparation and certification of all agendas and minutes for all meetings of the Council, Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Planning and Zoning Commission. In addition, the City Secretary prepares and certifies ordinances, resolutions and agreements. The City Secretary’s Office also provides all legal notices, open records requests, and manages the preservation of records.
