December 12, 2025, 9:30 a.m. |  The City’s online portal will be shut down for scheduled system maintenance beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025, and will continue throughout the weekend. Online services are expected to be restored at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, December 15, 2025.

During this maintenance period, the following services will be temporarily unavailable on the City’s online portal:

  • Applying for building permits
  • Purchasing building permits
  • Submitting building inspection requests
  • Viewing building inspection results
  • Contractor registration
  • Viewing and paying utility bills
  • Viewing and paying Municipal Court citations

All building inspection requests for Monday, December 15, 2025, must be submitted through the online portal no later than 11:30 a.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025.
