Proclamation

By The

CITY OF BUNKER HILL VILLAGE, TEXAS

WHEREAS, Mr. Jesse Ochoa has been employed with the Spring Branch Independent School District since July of 1981 and has served the District in working at Frostwood Elementary School in the City of Bunker Hill Village providing Custodial Support and assisting in after hour and weekend events whenever needed; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Jesse Ochoa, better known as “Mr. Jesse,” has also worked as a Crossing Guard at Frostwood Elementary School ensuring the safety for students walking and biking to and from school each day; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Jesse is always at his best providing that warm welcome to the Frostwood Elementary School Campus; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Jesse was rightly named the City of Bunker Hill Village’s “Public Servant of the Year for 2018”; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Jesse has decided to retire from the District after 41 faithful years of service.

NOW, THEREFORE, on behalf of

The City Council, Staff and Residents of the City of Bunker Hill Village,

I, Mayor Robert P. Lord, hereby recognize and appreciate the faithful service of

 

Mr. Jesse Ochoa

And proclaim Friday, April 29, 2022 as

Mr. Jesse Day” in the City of Bunker Hill Village

 

Thanking him for his tireless service to Spring Branch ISD, The students of Frostwood Elementary School and the Citizens of Bunker Hill Village

and wish him the very best in his retirement.
