PRIMARY DEPOSITORY SERVICES

The City of Bunker Hill Village, Texas is soliciting sealed applications from eligible and qualified financial institutions with a physical location in the City’s municipal boundaries and/or the Zip Code of 77024 to provide primary Depository Services.  Sealed applications will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at the City of Bunker Hill Village, Attention: Susan Grass, Finance Manager, 11977 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77024.  Applications will be opened and names publicly read via Zoom  at 2:00 p.m. on this date at this location. Sealed applications received after the opening date and time will not be considered.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Application Conference via Zoom is set for Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.  Questions regarding the RFA should be directed in writing via email to Susan Grass, Finance Manager, This email address is being protected from spambots. The award of the Depository Services contract is scheduled for consideration by the City Council of Bunker Hill Village at its regularly scheduled meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at the City of Bunker Hill Village City Hall Council Chambers, 11977 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77024.
