October 7, 2024 -- Beginning the week of October 21, the City's contractor, Ramrod Utilities, will mobilize and begin to replace the sanitary sewer line on Bunker Hill Rd (between Taylorcrest and Memorial) and the 11700 block of Greenbay Dr.

All work will take place Monday-Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Please note that weekend work may be scheduled with/ without notice). This work will be underground and/or within the City’s Right of Way (ROW). It is unlikely that crews will need to access private property unless necessary with proper advance notice.

For the safety of motorists and construction crews, this work will require partial daily lane closures along Bunker Hill Rd and Greenbay Dr. during construction. Drivers should plan their travel routes accordingly and expect delays. Residents should exercise caution around the construction site and abide by all traffic laws. Crews will ensure emergency services have an accessible route at all times during construction.

While this work will not affect sewer services, residents in the construction area are asked to minimize all water and sewer usage during construction. If for some reason you think you have a problem with your sewer service during construction, please contact one of the project representatives listed below. Any areas disturbed due to construction will be restored accordingly.
