Notice is hereby given that members of the City of Bunker Hill Village City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission in numbers which may constitute a quorum, may participate in a Water Well No. 5 ribbon cutting celebration beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Bunker Hill Elementary Water Well Site, 11950 Taylocrest Rd., Houston, TX 77024, and ending with a gathering at City of Bunker Hill Village City Hall, 11977 Memorial Dr., Houston, TX 77024.
This meeting is purely a social meeting at which there will be no deliberation, nor will there be any formal action taken. While there may be incidental discussion of City business, the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission will not be deliberating as a governing body of the City of Bunker Hill Village. Any discussion of public business is purely incidental to the social meeting.
