THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF BUNKER HILL VILLAGE, TEXAS, WILL MEET ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 16, 2021 AT 5:00 P.M.  BUNKER HILL VILLAGE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 11977 MEMORIAL DRIVE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING:

AN INTERPRETATION OF STRUCTURE IN SECTION 2.01 AS APPLIED TO SECTION 5.08 C, ACCESSORY USE REGULATIONS, RESTRICTIONS ON LOCATION, AND SECTION 5.03 C, HEIGHT, ACCESSORY BUILDING OR STRUCTURE, OF APPENDIX A, ZONING REGULATIONS, FOR NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION LOCATED AT 512 KNIPP ROAD - LOCATION OF AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSER AND ACCESSORY BUILDING

NOTICE OF MEETING BY TELEPHONE AND VIDEO CONFERENCE:

In accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020 and later extended, this meeting may be conducted by video conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  The City encourages members of the public to attend by video conference.  If attending in person, masks are required.

The public will be permitted to offer public comments by video conference as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting.  A recording of the meeting will be made and will be available to the public in accordance with the Open Meetings Act upon written request.
