The City Council holds its regular meetings on the third Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m, unless otherwise noted. The agendas are posted on the website 72 hours prior to the meetings. Minutes of the meetings are also posted on the website after approval by the City Council.

City Council Meetings are estimated to be approximately 2 hours; however, actual time for a specific item and length of the meeting is based on the individual agenda, public comments, and discussion time needed.

NOTICE OF MEETING BY TELEPHONE AND VIDEO CONFERENCE:

In accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020 and later extended, this meeting may be conducted by video conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  The City strongly encourages members of the public to attend by video conference as described below rather than in person (unless no other option is possible).  Please note that attendance in person requires compliance with the COVID - 19 guidelines which include wearing a mask, social distancing, and not entering the meeting if experiencing symptoms.
