 y of every month at 5:30 p.m\, unless otherwise noted. The agendas are pos
 ted on the website 72 hours prior to the meetings. Minutes of the meetings
  are also posted on the website after approval by the City Council.\nCity 
 Council Meetings are estimated to be approximately 2 hours\; however\, act
 ual time for a specific item and length of the meeting is based on the ind
 ividual agenda\, public comments\, and discussion time needed.\nNOTICE OF 
 MEETING BY TELEPHONE AND VIDEO CONFERENCE:\nIn accordance with order of th
 e Office of the Governor issued March 16\, 2020 and later extended\, this 
 meeting may be conducted by video conference in order to advance the publi
 c health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social dista
 ncing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).&nbsp\; The City 
 strongly encourages members of the public to attend by video conference as
  described below rather than in person (unless no other option is possible
 ). &nbsp\;Please note that attendance in person requires compliance with t
 he COVID - 19 guidelines which include wearing a mask\, social distancing\
